Terms & Conditions

By booking with Wykam Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Studio Use

Wykam Studio offers space rentals for podcast sessions, photography sessions, event hosting, and in-house equipment rentals.

Podcast bookings include lighting, microphones, and cameras. Clients must bring their own external drive to receive their recorded content. Wykam Studio does not store or archive media after sessions.

Photography bookings include two Amaran 300c lights.

Clients must select their preferred studio set at the time of booking. If a set is not selected, the client must contact Wykam Studio before their session so the proper layout can be prepared.

Booking & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

All session times are fixed. Late arrival does not extend booking time. Overtime is subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are shown at checkout. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited payment.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for respecting the studio space and equipment, covering any damage caused by themselves or their guests, and leaving the space in the same condition it was received.

Wykam Studio reserves the right to charge for damages, excessive cleaning, overtime, or missing equipment.

Equipment Rentals

Clients renting in-house equipment are fully responsible for the equipment during their booking period. Equipment must be returned in the same condition received.

Loss, theft, damage, or late return may result in additional charges. A security deposit and valid ID may be required.

Events

Event hosts are responsible for guest conduct and compliance with all local laws and occupancy limits. Wykam Studio reserves the right to end events that violate safety standards.

Liability

Wykam Studio is not responsible for personal injury, lost property, client equipment, or technical issues beyond our control. All services are provided as-is.
